Total Calories: 326 calories per cookie
Without icing: 111 calories per cookie
Preheat oven to 180 degrees/ gas mark 4.
Put melted butter, sugar in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Once combined add the vanilla extract and eggs until mixed together.
In a serperate bowl sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder until fully combined.
Next gradually pour the dry mix into the wet, until fully combined.
Once combined get a baking tray with baking paper on it.
Spoon out the ingrediants so you make 6 individual cookies
Next put in the oven to cook for 20 minutes, checking every 5 minutes.
When the knife is clean throughout the middle you are ready to go!
When cooked leave until cool before decorating.
Measure out the icing sugar and add the red food colouring.
Put a tiny bit of water into the bowl and mix together until combined.
If to dry add more water.
You want to end up with a runny outcome.
Lastly melt the chocolate over the stove, keep stiring until its fully melted.
Use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate over the cookies.
Serve with a cup of tea and ENJOY!
